AJ Dock management approached MRV with a desire to improve pedestrian and traffic flows for the arrival area while maintaining an appealing visitor experience. MRV conducted a diagrammatic study to provide the most efficient flow of people and vehicles, while also eliminating crosswalks and pinch points. Future branding and expansion goals were implemented into the design for wise long term growth options.
