In 2021, the NCLH marine and dock design had been a concept-level understanding of likely development in the vicinity of the NCLH “Subport” property, considering future development at the westerly side, just beyond Gold Creek, and extending easterly to the Seadrome Building and Dock, managed by Goldbelt.

To understand the range of maritime uses likely over the next ten years or so, concept plans for marine development have been prepared based on CBJ studies and the long term Waterfront Masterplan. The main intent is to establish context for future development, tied to the goals of the community and landowners for this critical piece of Juneau’s waterfront.
