MRV, and our consultants Lucid Reverie and Sheinberg Associates, are completing work for Blueprint Downtown.  This planning study is the first step of the critical update of the Downtown Juneau Area Plan.  The Blueprint Downtown deliverable will be a series of community-derived priorities and action items, which then inform the more detailed developed of the Downtown Area Plan, providing the “vision” to inform a complex resolution of detailed steps to improve the downtown, including housing, economic vitality, beauty, safety, and general feeling of community.
