Harborview Elementary School Renovation

This project consists of a comprehensive renovation and upgrade to Harborview Elementary School. Key elements of the work include the development of a new entry located between the existing gym and the main three-story academic block; re-capturing the basement of the academic block for new school space including Commons and Library; comprehensive new exterior work including the replacement and expansion of glazing, new siding, and new roofing; and major areas of new interior finishes, as well as a complete redesign of the exterior landscaping. This is the City and Borough of Juneau's first foray into LEED certification.
